Deadliest Israeli airstrikes on Syria in years kill 57, say observers |  Syria | The GuardianIsraeli airstrikes on east Syria killed 57 regime forces and allied Iran-backed fighters in the deadliest such strikes since the start of the conflict, a war monitoring group said on Wednesday.

The overnight raids against arms depots and military positions killed at least 14 Syrian regime forces, 16 Iraqi militia fighters and 11 Afghan members of the pro-Iran Fatimid Brigade, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. Read more HERE.

After being declared dead by a court, Pouchain has spent three years trying to have herself officially resuscitated. The 58-year-old from Saint-Joseph, near Lyon, has not existed in the eyes of France’s administration since 2017, after a long-running legal dispute involving a former employee at her cleaning company. Yemeni officials: Blast at Aden airport kills 25, wounds 110A large explosion struck the airport in the southern Yemeni city of Aden on Wednesday, shortly after a plane carrying the newly formed Cabinet landed there, security officials said. At least 25 people were killed and 110 wounded in the blast.

Yemen's internationally recognized government said Iran-backed Houthi rebels fired four ballistic missiles at the airport. Rebel officials did not answer phone calls from The Associated Press seeking comment. No one on the government plane was hurt. Read more HERE.
